What You’ll Own

Assist HR Coordinator to Recruit & Hire Top Talent
- Write SEO-friendly job ads, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and verify references.
- Lead upbeat orientations that set caregivers up for success from day one.

- Match clients with skill- and personality-fit caregivers in our cloud-based platform.
- Keep a real-time roster of on-call/backup staff to fill last-minute needs—no shift left uncovered.

Caregiver Support & Compliance
- Check in on field staff, resolve concerns, and ensure policies are followed; implement corrective actions when needed.
- Work with the RN Care Manager to stay ahead of licensure, TB, and in-service deadlines.

What You’ll Bring
- Prior experience as a staffing coordinator, home-care scheduler, or recruiter (healthcare a plus).
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft 365 and scheduling software (WellSky, ClearCare, AlayaCare, or similar). We use Viv.
- Eagle-eye organization and the agility to juggle competing priorities.
- Warm, professional communication that builds trust with families and field teams.
- High school diploma/GED required; additional coursework in HR or healthcare admin preferred.

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
