Glendora | Full-Time | Salary + Commission | Hybrid/Field-Based
Compensation: $72,000–$150,000 per year

• Weekly one-on-one coaching from a leading home care growth program to help you build stronger referral partnerships and drive results
• Develop strategic plans for high-potential accounts, with consistent follow-up, clear next steps and measurable growth goals.
• Ask thoughtful questions, uncover partner needs and offer services, education and resources that solve real problems.
• Turn introductions into referrals and lasting partnerships. Present our services and specialty programs, including memory care, fall prevention and respite care.
• Track referral activity, leads, conversions and starts of care in our CRM. Use results to refine your strategy and identify opportunities.
• Represent us at networking events, professional associations and community programs. Collaborate on events and outreach, using digital marketing to support relationship development.
• A record of building professional referral relationships that produce measurable growth
• Experience working with healthcare decision-makers, case managers, social workers, discharge planners and senior living leaders
• Strong consultative selling, presentation and communication skills
• Confidence starting conversations, asking for referrals and moving relationships toward a clear next step
• Experience managing a territory, referral pipeline, CRM and performance metrics
• Organization, initiative and accountability for your schedule and results
• A drive to succeed paired with empathy for seniors and families navigating care decisions
